I am a 40+ year Cary/Raleigh resident. I graduated from Cary High School in 86′, where I played soccer and was voted “Best All Around” by my classmates. My family purchased a duplex while I was attending East Carolina University my sophomore year.

In December of 91′ I graduated with a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology/Construction Management and in the Spring of 92′ I moved to Wrightsville Beach, NC and landed a carpenter’s assistant job with Rocky Fallon. We worked on historic home restoration, residential remodeling and small commercial projects. My first task was to repair a broken interior windowpane in the Governor Dudley Mansion. I really enjoyed this work and my old boss, Rocky Fallon!

In the Spring of 93′ I moved back to Cary to work with Preston Development as an administrative asst. and board member with the architectural control committee. I did everything from picking up trash, identifying lot lines, locating water meters, cleaning out storm drains, installing signage, to helping with Broker functions and trade shows. I was learning from the best…however, I was hungry for a more “hands on” construction experience.

From 94′ to 99′ I worked with a couple of local general contractors and learned to build custom homes, mid-sized medical/office buildings, flex shells, a ballet Conservatory, fit ups…the list goes on. This was rewarding work. In 2000, I started a property service/consulting business to meet demand for development management work. I purchased a used p/u truck, some hand tools, a lawn mower, one weed eater, and a leaf blower.

In 01′ I found a great P/T side job working with teenagers with The Triangle Area YMCA for the summer (Garner) and in 2002, I hopped over to The Central YMCA as a duty officer. (to Spring of 09′)

I am currently a licensed NC Realtor/Broker working with the Tip Iuliucci and team “RDU Homes for You” with Northside Realty Inc.  I am married (Penny) and we have two daughters.
