In addition to her role as a broker with Northside Realty Inc., Rebecca is also a member of the “RDU Homes for You” team. She has been with the team since 2015 and is experienced in real estate transactions and is eager to help her clients meet their real estate goals.
Rebecca’s experience began early in life, working her way through high school and college with her father’s construction business. It was there that she spent several years assisting him in new construction, remodeling and subdivision development. She spent eleven years working in the insurance industry, most recently with a Raleigh-area State Farm office. This gave her a unique insight to home ownership that she can pass along to her clients. During her tenure in that side of the business, she has been blessed to have worked with so many great clients from all walks of life.
In 2013, Rebecca started Fawcett Dougherty and Associates which specializes in rehabbing and selling single family homes in the Raleigh area. She is very hands-on with the design, rehabbing and marketing of these investment properties. She takes great pride and satisfaction by providing a quality product for home buyers in the Triangle area.
Rebecca lives in South Raleigh with her husband Brian, their dog, a German Shepherd, Winston and two cats, Keys and Sushi. They enjoy car shows ,trips to the beach and boating in their spare time.
