I’m the Team Leader and Realtor for the RDU Homes For You team at Northside Realty, and I’ve been Northside’s #1 agent (by number of transactions) since 2009. I also serve as President of the RDU Homes For You Corporation.
Real estate has always felt like a puzzle to me—and that’s what I love about it. No two transactions are the same, and there’s always a new challenge to solve or a different situation to navigate. That’s what keeps it interesting.
My background is a little different than most. Before real estate, I spent years in the mortgage industry, working on everything from standard loans to complex financing scenarios. That experience still pays off every day, especially when helping buyers and sellers work through real-world obstacles. I also specialize in short sales, foreclosures, seller financing, and investor-focused transactions, and I hold the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation.
I’ve also been a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® Top Producers Council for over 15 years—an organization made up of some of the top-performing agents in the Triangle who collaborate, share insights, and stay ahead of market trends.
Over the years, I’ve been honored to be featured in Real Producers Magazine and included in the 2025 Who’s Who in America biographical registry.
Before all of that, I actually started out in music—I earned an associate’s degree from Sandhills College and spent years performing and working in the industry. Some people still like to call me the “Rock Star Realtor,” and honestly, it’s not a bad nickname.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to build and lead teams in both mortgage and real estate, including helping grow companies from the ground up. That experience shapes how I approach my business today—focused on solutions, strategy, and making sure clients feel confident every step of the way.
These days, I live in the Crabtree/Laurel Hills area of Raleigh with my wife, Heather, who’s also a Realtor on our team. When we’re not working, you’ll usually find us at the beach, at a Hurricanes game, a concert, or at home with our four cats—Stella, Shadow, Tigger, and Leo.
At the end of the day, we take our work seriously. We aim to make the buying, selling, and financing process as smooth, straightforward, and stress-free as possible for our clients.
